A project manager is the person who is responsible for conducting and completing the project from its inception to closure including planning, design, execution, monitoring, and controlling of the project. Additionally, the project managers are also liable for recruiting and establishing project teams, estimating the project risks and uncertainties. For applying all these duties, a successful manager should have some necessary skills and abilities such as management, leadership, negotiation, and organization.1 The accomplished manager has to handle some crucial tasks while implementing the project. İnitially, the direction of the project should be precisely developed for integration management. Furthermore, the scope necessarily should be defined by the project manager in order to estimate and measure the cost and time required with allocating the resources and managing the funds. Within the project manager executes the project plans designed before, he should take into consideration of the quality of processes with adjusting them to the quality parameters set earlier. Until the closure of all procedures, project managers do not materialize all these responsibilities alone, thus they work with the project teams together by assigning the tasks. However, as a project manager he is always accountable for the failure or the success of the project, therefore he should consider not only the own duties, but also the activities of the team members as a human manager. So, the motivation and encouragement of team members should be provided by the project manager who also has to be able to collaborate and maintain successful team member relationships.2 Moreover, for attaining the objectives with entire team, project managers should always prevent the frictions and conflicts which can be occur among them. As the risks are always available and inevitable which can derail the project processes, one of the crucial responsibilities of project manager is to predict them beforehand, develop the mitigation and contingency plan.
