Project Scope can be explained as a naughty child in a family. Sometimes, families provide their child with everything he wishes, and as a next stage, a child does not know the boundaries of his family and dreams. Project Scope is also a similar version of this scenario. If you do not put boundaries of any project, project manager and supervisor may face some waste of assets during this period.

            Scope Management techniques help project managers to allocate just the right amount of work necessary to complete a project successfully (1). In the project scope, there are some requirements that should be included as below:

• Group creativity techniques: Brainstorming, Delphi, idea mapping
• Group decision making: Unanimity, majority, plurality, dictatorship

Brainstorming:

Brainstorming combines a relaxed, informal approach to problem solving with lateral thinking. It encourages people to come up with thoughts and ideas that can, at first, seem a bit crazy.

Delphi:

It is common observation to say that when you get three experts together, you will end up with four different opinions (3). The Delphi method works through lots of anonymous written discussion and argument, managed by a facilitator. As participants do not meet during working period of Delphi method, it is impossible to come across bias results. This makes Delphi method more efficient that brainstorming.
